How Do I Customize My App Settings?

This article details how you can customize your Client Web App to showcase your business logo and brand colorway

Go to Account Settings-> Click into App Settings Tab-> Click the edit pencil in each section "Business Name" and "Account Settings" to update your business with your logo, colorway, timezone and Public URL (what you will share to your clients to access your client portal)

How do I update my business name?

You will click on the edit pencil-> Here you will type out your Business Name so when your clients go to your public site they will see your business name at the top left hand corner next to your logo in the client portal. Here you can update your timezone, phone number (client's will not see this). Click Save once you have finished editing your business name.

How to update my App Short Name?

Click into Account Settings from the top right corner of your admin page  -> Click into the App Settings Tab at the top (next to Summary tab)-> Click on the edit pencil -> App Short Name, is the name that your clients see when they download your app to their home screen. Twenty characters max.

How to update my App Colors?

Click into Account Settings from the top right corner of your admin page  -> Click into the App Settings Tab at the top (next to Summary tab)-> Click on the edit pencil -> Pick two custom colors and a unique icon that your customers will see on your branded Web page -> Click in the circles to select your colors. -> Once you have selected your color, you will need to click OK to save your choice.

How to update/add my Business Logo?

Click into Account Settings from the top right corner of your admin page  -> Click into the App Settings Tab at the top (next to Summary tab)-> Click on the edit pencil -> Click directly into the box and you will be directed to upload a picture file. The picture must be an PNG Image -> Click to Open. gymGO will then upload your brand logo ->Once your image has uploaded successfully  you will then click save.

What is my default resolution?

Your default resolution is found under your Logo in App Settings. The display resolution is the number of pixels that can be displayed in a dimension (height and width).
