This article will explain how your clients can make sure their device, camera and internet connection are all in good working order before joining a gymGO session.
Sending the Device Test
You can send your clients a device test as well as view the results once they have completed the device test. To send the test, go to "Client Manager" and click into your clients account. From the "Information" tab in your clients account, look for the card titled "Latest Test Results" You will be able to see any previous tests that they ran, as well as send them a new device test.
The Device Test
Your client will receive the device test via email with specific instructions on how to complete the test. The device test will take your clients through a series of system checks and let them know if their device is compatible with the gymGO platform.
